43 Homework (5 minutes) ✎ Have group members complete the Activity Log in the workbook and ﬁnd time for relaxation in their schedules. ✎ Have group members practice -Muscle-Group PMR at least once a day. They should record stress levels before and after each practice on the Relaxation Monitoring Sheet. ✎ Remind participants about stress management homework. Have them repeat the instructions to make sure they understand what they are being asked to do. Reinforce the importance of homework, and of practicing relaxation at home.
